When you want deluxe room they give standard dirty without any utensils
Staff were great. But the standards of the facility was poor in my eyes. I suppose you get what you paid for. We had no hot water for showers my kids would not have a shower unless there was hot water. I really feel sorry for the staff, but the owners of the hotel need to step up and make the hotel look like it is in the photos. We ended up checking into another hotel and checked out early. I know work is hard where we went to but I would strongly encourage the staff to look elsewhere for work, great staff but management/the owners need to pick up there game.
The room size and attentive staff were the only good things about my stay here. The included breakfast was very disappointing. TINNED peaches offered as fruit! On a South Pacific island? The towels were wafer thin. Warm milk for the cereal. Fried eggs offfered buffet style on a film wrapped china plate. Not hot! Baked beans also, not hot. 2 out of 5 mornings I had no jam for my toast. No staff in attendance at the breakfast.
