Booked through Agoda and everything was smooth! The overwater villa was stunning with direct lagoon access. Staff were friendly, food was great, and the views were unforgettable. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Highly recommend!
We recently visited the Maldives and stayed at this resort. While the location and natural beauty were stunning, our experience with the service staff fell short of expectations. The butler service, in particular, lacked the warmth and professionalism we were hoping for. At times, the interactions felt dismissive and uncomfortable, which affected our overall experience. We believe that better hospitality and guest care would greatly enhance the resort's appeal.
Wonderful vacation also with a 4 year old child. the island is big enough and safe enough to walk around and do different things in different corners. Lots of restaurants, first class food selection.
We were there with our 17y old daughters and had a really good time! Perfect location with two houses right on the beach.. all-inclusive food and rinks is a real treat! Absolutely great for the kids as the could hangout at the beach grill bar on the beach as well.
“Romantic Getaway”
Overall, the stay was very nice! Let's start with the good. The beach is amazing with aqua and indigo colored water! For buffet style meals, we were pleasantly surprised! If you're a picky eater, you will manage to find something tasty! Now for the not so good. We had a garden villa. While clean, for the price one would expect a few luxuries. The AC did not work properly and was too small for the room. There was no lotion provided either which you need after swimming in salt water all day. The tv was small and a bit outdated. Lastly, the bed was not a King size nor a double, but rather two tiny single beds pushed together. Also, when you arrive check-in is unusually long, ours was over 30 minutes. You also get a 100 dollar green tax bill and 300 dollars for a couple to ride a speed boat round-trip, which is absurd. All said and done we paid 1,700 USD for 4 nights. At that price, we were a bit disappointed with the room. The staff were courteous and professional. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Excursions were available and the pool table and the ping pong table were welcomed amenities when the rain hit. The property is well maintained, but the garden villa needed some much needed upgrades for the amount of money that I spent. I would recommend this hotel, but would give a larger endorsement if the rooms were upgraded. Maybe a tub instead of a shower or have a dual combo. Replace the ACs and dated TVs, add some lotion to the amenities, and work on making the rooms more inviting. Good job overall though!
