I traveled solo for 4 days and 3 nights at this hotel. There are a few points that I am not satisfied with. Firstly, the hotel does not provide basic slippers for the room, which is very disappointing because walking barefoot in the room is very unhygienic; stepping from the bathroom and then getting onto the bed is really unacceptable and not clean at all. I already knew about this from others' comments, so I had to prepare my own slippers to bring along. Secondly, the hotel also does not provide a hairdryer; if you want to dry your hair, you have to borrow one from the front desk, and they also do not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. These are things that in my country a 3-star hotel provides fully, so when I arrived at a country where the hotel does not provide these items, I only find it worthy of 2 stars. My high rating is only for the daily room cleaning, but the pillows have some mold and are not completely clean. The room area is adequate, the location is convenient, but walking is a bit tiring because the hotel is located at the bottom of a slope. Another downside is that the cleaning staff did not realize that my plastic cup was a one-time-use cup, so they threw it away while cleaning. Therefore, I advise hotel staff that cleaning is good, but they should not touch guests' belongings unless the guests throw them in the trash themselves; then they can be collected. The hotel should take this as a lesson.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. Only suggestion is to improve WiFi speed. Overall, a pleasant stay—thank you!
