Best for vacation and relaxation….
Such a lovely calm and serene place.. Very green and rustic themed, tucked within many coconut trees, by the backwaters..Patnem beach is a 10 min walk .. Recommended !
There are no facilities including food. Also, there is a lot of noise because of construction going on. Also, the rooms are not well maintained. Property aesthetics are good but not maintained and hence would not recommend. I downgraded my room without any refunds because the bathroom doors were not working and the cupboards door were broken
Best place that i visited in South Goa. Staff was very kind, place is very good, clean and a peaceful place to be in. Facilities like spa, restaurants were not open due to covid-19, but will be opened soon.

I highly recommend this location, it is very peaceful, exotic, clean and surrounded by lush nature. The staff is super friendly and the food is excellent. Thumbs up!
