Very good resort with well managed staff offering excellent customer service. How ever my booking experience was bad because I did not get want was booked due to wrong mapping at Agoda , which Taj was not ready to consider for the price I paid.

I had a great time in Taj exotica Goa., the staffs were incredibly hospitable understanding and kind , Janisha was hands on and made sure I was accessible to all the services easily , Kavitha and other staffs were also too kind and sweet !
