It been really fantastic experience at Heritage village resort and spa, Goa. The place was really clean and maintained very well, kudos to entire management. You can access the clean beach by 3 min walk or you can choose a complimentary tuktuk by the hotel. Overall experience was really nice. Loved it.
This is an overall great resort to spend a few days. Here are a few pluses and minuses: Pluses: - The beach is very close (though not connected to the Property) and open 24*7 - The Property is well maintained and Clean and the staff is overall very helpful. Minuses: - The food is a bit of hit or miss. The desserts especially can be rated 3/10 and the Icecream served in not even worth of a zero. They need a new Pastry Chef for sure. - When it comes to Indian Food, the dishes lack authenticity and it does feel at times that they cut corners on the Quality of Ingredients when it comes to preparing the dishes. Quality of Paneer for instance isn't really great. - The pool is only open until 7PM. While the DJ by the Pool plays until 10PM or so. They should consider keeping the pool open until 9PM.
Went for a family vacation and it was awesome! Great staff, great rooms and great food! The beach is a short walk away from the resort which makes it all the more special!
The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast has very good options. Pool is big and clean, and the pool side bar is nice. Rooms are clean and bright.
“Beach is so close”
My husband and two boys spent the entirety of 3N4D in the resort. Heated pool, kids rooms, water volleyball, three restaurants to choose from, the resort has everything you'll need to relax. The spa is a bit pricey but the treatment was really great. But the biggest plus is the almost private beach 2mins walk behind the property. They also provide a TukTuk in case you don't want to walk that distance. To conclude, a great place to truly relax, enjoy the sea and the everything the resort has to offer.
