Very pathetic services,location for family third class,no humanity in staff, they don’t provide u anythng, the receptionist was rude to us , they were not helpful also , the road to this hotel was damaged , I would not recommend anyone , the network was not there and they don’t provide Internet also in the room third class hotel
1. No cleanliness - our rooms were not cleaned without and inspite of our requesting.. 2. Garden and pathways were littered. 3. In cafeteria in first day we spilled little pepper powder on the table cloth and the table remained as it is throughout our stay there!! 4. The two wheelers provided for renting were in extremely poor condition and breaks weren’t working properly (never rent two wheelers through this property) 5. It is secluded and serene but you will think twice before going out in two wheeler during evening/night - finding conveyance (other than pricey one through the property) is a big issue 6. Definitely not worth the money. For marginally more money we checked out early and stayed at Country Inn by Radisson 7. Some staff at the counter was courteous but what they are isn’t in anyway sufficient for what the property isn’t I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE

I was not happy at all with Nirvana's service, their behavior, food they offering and connectivity. Resort situated little bit stranded area and you have to take cabs from their agents and they will charge hefty bills. I will not recommend it to anybody at all.

The place is beautiful and will balanced with nature. The pool and the view from the rooms are pretty mesmerizing. Good place for family 👪
