Very bad WiFi. No computer working in the lobby
I highlight the power failure for my 3 reserved rooms at front desk at morning but not response until the 2 times request from my strong commend. The power failed should be from middle time to the next day morning.
Overall good experience. Improvements - - A few things did not happen by default - bath soap was not provided every day. Had to be requested. Shampoo, toothpaste would have been useful (which is a standard provision) , but not provided. - Ideally Hotel should provide a receipt of the payment, although this was paid to Agoda. I was informed that Agoda will provide this receipt. Can Agoda do the needful.
Excellent service from Mr Sebastian during our daily breakfast time. He remembers your preference..... Room are clean and newly updated.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Bathroom lighting is a bit dark. Carpets in hallway needs replacing. Generally ok, around 15mins walk to mall with some shops nearby.
