The amenities were great, location was central and staff was very helpful. Highly recommend the sky lounge for a great view of Tokyo tower and the spa
Outstanding views but the room was a little dirty with handprints on the windows, dirty bathroom floor, and leftover broken glass on the entrance floor which was stepped on unfortunately.
Love it!!! The room has great view of Tokyo Tower. It is very stunning at night. We really enjoyed the stay here. The bathroom and bathtub are also very nice. Bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was really good too. Highly recommend!!!
Rooms are too small
“Great”
It was my first stay at this property, and really, I didn't know what to expect as I randomly chose to book this hotel. I will say that the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, so thank you to the staff who were very kind! I received a twin room (booked through a third-party website), which was comfortably enough space. It's a short distance from Tokyo Tower and surrounding park areas, which is also nice. My room didn't have the best of views, but this was communicated to me at check-in when the staff asked if that was alright with me, so I can't really hold it against them. In fact, I'm glad I was notified of this so I could adjust my expectations, not that I had come here for the views. Anyway, I said it was fine, but looking back, I suppose it would've been nice if I got a room with a different view of the city. Though I’m not sure if they would've changed my room or would've changed me for the different room. Overall, I probably would stay here again if I'm wanting to stay in this area again. My first time staying at this property was a bit of a surprise since I had randomly chosen to book it. However, I must say that the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you to the kind staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I booked a twin room through a third-party website, and it was a comfortable space. The hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo Tower and the surrounding park areas, which was a plus. While my room didn’t have the best view, the staff informed me about it at check-in. I was happy to be informed and adjusted my expectations accordingly. I didn’t come here specifically for the views, but it would have been nice to have a different city view. I’m not sure if they would have changed my room or if I would have had to change my reservation. Overall, I would likely stay here again if I’m in the area and looking for a place to stay.
