I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Corner King on the 35th floor. Since each room is above the 30th floor, the view of Tokyo, especially the night view, was wonderful. The location is also convenient, directly connected to Nagatacho Station on Tokyo Metro and just a 1-2 minute walk, making it easy to access Shinjuku, Shibuya, Roppongi, Asakusa, and more, which is convenient for both tourism and business purposes. I did not use any facilities other than the restaurant for breakfast, but it seems that the club lounge, bar, fitness gym, and other amenities are well-equipped. The only breakfast I had was satisfying. The guest room was clean, but there were moments where it felt somewhat old. Also, dust was floating from the curtains, which made me wonder if cleaning had been thorough enough, but since that was the only issue, it might just have been a coincidence. Overall, I thought it was a good hotel, but if you don't use points or similar offers, it might feel slightly overpriced.
Not bad for a luxury collection line.
The view from the guest room is worth seeing at least once. It offers a wonderful vista. Spending time relaxing on the couch by the window is a luxurious experience. Many of the staff were young, but they seemed well-trained. Thank you very much.
The hotel rooms are not cheap. We have to pay for the shower fee when we go for swimming. The only good thing is the hotel is quiet and clean.
“Fantastic hotel.”
They have added a singular plant based option to the breakfast menu, which is nice. I do hope they increase this. Most of the food items were heavily based on the usage of animals.
