It’s exactly what you would expect for a five star grand Hyatt and it’s a great refreshment because compared to Japanese owned hotels they will make guest wishes come true!
It was one of worse experience I had in hotel.Room beside my suite had a party from 3 am until 8 am. No one stop them and no one after comunicate also with lounge staff send me apologies or say sorry. After show a video that shows how loud is a music . Room service ring door many time .. I came out and share if possible this. Staff say are 8 people from Malaysa doing party. After long flight I want to rest in my suite, it was impossible. Until now I didn’t receive any apologies. It is a shame for hotel brand like Hyatt treat customers that spend so much for one night, ignore completely situation, shoes not empathy and lack of customer service.
The staff's response was very good, the room was clean, and I was able to spend my time very comfortably. I want to go again.
The hotel grade was of course great, and the customer service and all the suggestions made for a wonderful trip. The art, leisure, shopping, gourmet food, and location were also excellent.
“Great! But just the bath...”
I felt that all the staff members were kind and that their responses were polite. The location was good, and I was able to enjoy a lot of sightseeing in the surrounding area. When staying at the hotel, I greatly appreciated the Seijo Ishii in Roppongi Hills, haha. Everything was convenient, the quality of service was high, and I had a lot of fun. However, there was one issue: when I used the shower in the room, water would inevitably leak onto the bathroom floor from the gap in the shower door, and it was a hassle to wipe the floor each time. It's a bit difficult to explain in writing, but I wonder if everyone else just uses the shower without worrying about it... I was a little concerned about that.
