L'hotel potrebbe averecdelle potenzialita'enormi.
Good for family!
Unfortunately this was not one of the better places we have stayed in. The sewage smell was absolutely awful especially first thing in the morning. The smell literally came up through the drainage ie sink toilet and it was all around the area. This is obviously a local problem but you can’t get away from it. The room although very big was very dated the furniture was old and chipped in most places. The kettle was so old the plastic was brittle and it did not stop boiling. The lid would also pop up even after taking it off the boil which could result in scolding yourself, we had to be extremely careful. We did report this but staff did not seem interested. There was a large pool, however we did not use this as there was nowhere to sit, although there were loungers there were not enough for the amount of people that Wongamat accommodates Our view said city view which we don’t mind but we looked directly onto a building/rubbish site, where people also lived in shacks. Unfortunately these people fed the pigeon's which then sat and came onto the balconies causing this to be covered in bird droppings which was not cleaned. Unfortunately there is nothing positive to really say about this property.
dont even bother considering thi sh* t hotel. in the pictures it may seem all nice but in reality its very old. not to mention the staff are very IGNORANT and unhelpful. and did i mention that the hous keeper STOLE our money, and when we confront it to the receptionist they just gaslight us saying THE HOUSE KEEPER IS AN HONEST LADY AND SHE WONT DO IT. USELESS . Save your money and book a better hotel. dont come to this THIEF filled USELESS hotel.
