I stayed for about 4 days, but the location and accommodation are not great. It is also quite inconvenient to get to the city center.
The location is convenient and the friendliness of the staff is impressive.
The Wi-Fi signal is very weak, and the water pressure is low.
The man you meet right away is the manager, and he is trying to toy with the guests.
“Not bad. But also Not as advertised”
Bad points: No kettle in room. I think that is a bare minimum necessity, which was quite disappointing, had to go downstairs to reception to request hot water if I needed it, which was a bit annoying. Sink doesnt even have enough space for a toiletry bag. It is a motel, not a hotel, so I think calling themselves a “hotel” is quite misleading, I think they should rename it. I was under the impression this was a hotel with a lift (there is no lift) when I did my booking. Asked them if they can help me wash my clothes, (agoda says they provide laundry service and that was one of the main reasons i booked this place), but when I arrived they said they did not. They told me to go to a laundry service down the road… When you look out the window, it looks like you are living in a slum area. This area can feel quite scary at night. Price wasn’t great when I booked on Agoda, there was a very high combined tax fee and surcharge compared to other accommodations. Good points: Good room service. Good housekeeping. 24 hour reception. Location is not the best, but it is near most things if you use Bolt. Staff were friendly I think. Bolt drivers often had trouble navigating their way here because this mote is situated in a weird junction/corner
