The owner was too rude and the Villa was dirty and had no facilities
Stayed at the house with a group of friends and we had the best time. The house feels so big and spacious with windows all around. It was super clean when we got there, but was missing floor mats and some towels. However, the staff provided them after we called. Both the fridges in the house didn't work very well, so we had to buy some ice and keep our drinks in the cooler instead, which is not a big deal just a bit annoying. The house pool is nice, but the lake and views are suuuuper nice!!! Recommend watching sunrise in the morning and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings :)
good...... very big can 10 rooms good for kids + young bed... little far from city bed .... no room service bed 5ft its small for 2 person over all good. value for good money also
Maintenance needs an upgrade - air con in one room didn't work properly for the whole 9 days. Lights that stopped working were not replaced, chairs were in need of repair, the jacuzzi needed the drain fixed and a nozzle repaired (which was never done) and some bed linen was torn. All of these issues are small and it doesn't require much from management to make sure such things are done routinely. Nevertheless, all these failings are unacceptable in a resort if this quality. Staff are very friendly and otherwise helpful. The resort is great for a break although it is quite far from restaurants and suppliers so it is better if you have a car. Definitely worth investigating for a quiet break.

We rented a 5 bedroom villa for my son's 8th birthday party. The whole experience was amazing. The staff were all very nice and very helpful. The house and location are beautiful. I highly recommend this property and we will rent there again.
