The beachside hotel may be far from Pattaya, but there are restaurants around, it’s peaceful, and has a beautiful sea view, perfect for relaxation. The staff in the lobby and the security guard are very nice, friendly, and approachable.
The hotel is close to many delicious restaurants but not noisy. The rooms are quiet and have a good view. The accommodation is not expensive, and the suite rooms are quite spacious (with a small bedroom divider). There is no balcony; instead, there is a sliding glass door that can be opened, providing a full view of the sea. The room is newly painted, and the various materials and equipment are relatively old but functional. The reception staff are cheerful. The first floor is near the beach and has a swimming pool. There is no breakfast (only coffee), and the parking is located far from the accommodation, but it looks safe. Overall, it's worth the price.
The property offers stunning view and a convenient location. The room size was a bit small, but the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was too small and could use some improvement, but overall, it’s a great value for money stay with decent facilities.
The accommodation is indeed right by the sea, but the entrance is quite narrow and looks desolate if you arrive at night. If you’re traveling alone, it’s not recommended as it looks scary. There are limited parking spaces, and if you arrive late, you might not find any left. You will have to park in another designated area that is not close to the accommodation but is within walking distance across the road. The surroundings are quite quiet and seem lonely if you go out alone at night, even just around 6-7 PM. All the nearby houses shut their doors for the night, with only a few cars passing by to eat at a nearby seafood restaurant, but it’s not crowded. Some restaurants provide service in the area at night, but you need to walk outside the accommodation to get to them. During the day, there is a rice shop at the entrance of the accommodation that is open for service. The interior looks quite old, with various broken spots that have not been repaired to look better. For instance, the table in the room is damaged wood, and the door has red stains that look frightening, resembling blood, which is clearly visible and has not been cleaned, or if it cannot be cleaned, they should repaint to cover those marks to avoid scaring guests. In-room amenities include towels, soap, shampoo, a hairdryer, a small fridge, and two bottles of drinking water. There’s a TV, but there are few coat hangers, and not every room has them. What’s missing is a kettle, and there is no tea or coffee provided in the room; if you want to have them, you need to go down to the first floor where communal service points are. There is no microwave service even at the community points on the first floor (it would actually make sense to have this because some people buy food to store for breakfast to warm up). Breakfast is not provided. The lobby on the first floor looks cramped, with tables and chairs for sitting, and there is a swimming pool right in that lobby. Personally, I think it’s not suitable for solo travelers; it’s better to have friends or family with you to avoid feeling scared. The accommodation seems calm and quiet at night, but the amenities are not plentiful, and the walls don't insulate sound very well. ???? Even if you send an early check-in request for necessary reasons, you still have to wait until 2 PM, or if they are kind, they might let you in early. The accommodation is cheap, and during the Loy Krathong festival, there are nearby spots to float the krathong, with shuttle services available, but you have to park at the temple and take a free songthaew to the floating point. If you don’t want to park at the temple, it’s advisable to arrive early at the event location to secure a parking spot. It would be great if the accommodation offered motorcycle rentals as well, because without transportation, it can be difficult to get around. There are no motorcycle taxis, and not many taxis in the area.
