HOTEL: FAR form the BUZZ of Pattaya- Guys who take BIKE/CAR on rent can stay here - BIKE taxi are available in front of Hotel. ROOM: Good N well maintained Rooms - Good AIRCON-House keeping STAFF Excellent- HOT water Issue will be there in some rooms OVERALL a Pleasant stay at the HOTEL - I would stay at this hotel again (provided rooms Are maintained in the good conditions)

Rooms are not maintained with minor maintenance. Hotel has gone downhill since opening a few years ago. Night staff and security very arrogant. Same owner as Karat Residence. Low occupancy out of the way hotel.
