Good.. clean, has everything ready, and the owner is kind.
1.Air condition dont work i 3 rooms 2.Wc was stucked out i one toilet. 3.We found few big bugs in kitchen and in room downstairs. 4.Noone come to clean pool,change towel,change blancket,clean rooms etc. 5.WiFi not working for some phones. 6.Remote controler for TV in room was not working.
Pro + Locate on South Pattaya rd., not some isolate place in the middle of nowhere + Nice pool + A lot of bedrooms and bathroom + Staffs are very nice and helpful Con - Car park is limited to only one because the Soi (alley) is quite narrow. Second car have to park a bit further from the house - Loud music can be played until 8pm. only - Inconsistent hot water flow. Alternate between hot and cold for some reason
