The photos which were shown online when I booked were totally different from the actual property. The actual property was nothing as shown in the pictures. When asked for refund they did not even refund the money back. Wouldn’t recommend the property to anyone. The property owners were also very rude.
There were some problems with equipment which were resolved quickly. 3 good bedrooms. building a little tired but absolutely fine. 10 mins to main road can get a dolmus easy. there are 2 villas we could not get the one with a pool but it looked nicer.
We overall enjoyed the stay at The Dream Villas Pattaya. Swimming in the pool and barbecue were our favorite. The green area and the backyard need some tidy up and TLC and the villa itself hasn't been renovated for a long time. There was also some miscommunication with the owner and the cleaning lady tried to change us additionally for cleaning, which was included in the price.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location. It is so peaceful surrounded by the trees. The staff are very helpful. The room was also very nice and clean. We'll definitely stay there again if we're in the area.
