Nice property, the room was soso, aircon did not work well, couldnt change temperature. Rooom service food tasteless and expensive. The breakfast restarurant is beautiful but also the food very average same as the service. The gym is nice :)

I booked my room through this app. I got there. I was treated with all great courtesy. I was able to check in early. If I wasn't able to. They accommodate me by letting me sit in the lounge. Go to the pool, use their facilities. They had a shuttle that would take you to terminal 21 and some other locations nearby. The hotel. They offered free exercising activities such as yoga, Muay, Thai classes, etc. They have two pools with great times actually utilize the pools. Overall. I was very highly satisfied with my stay. I would definitely stay again giving the opportunity
