The attention and care we had from the ladies at the reception was incredible and super professional. Our triple room was almost on top of the complex (where you can get only on foot), but it was worth it! A huge terrace where you can enjoy a spectacular sea/harbour view. And the room itself had enough space for 3 adults. Breakfast includes enough options for different tastes. Cudos to all the guests (no noise or disrespectful behaviour). We truly enjoyed every bit of this hotel! And would love to come back!
The staff were very kind and friendly and the location was good, near to the city center and the beach.

Rooms and furniture are a bit dated, but adequate for a night or two.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Piccada which is a short walk from the town and harbour. We had a top floor room with sensational views. The room iself was very comfortable and the breakfast provided was excellent. No kettle or tea/coffee in the room but the staff, who were most helpful, were happy to make you a cuppa at any time.
Wifi not great; I suspect our room, being on the top floor, was too far from reception.
