Food is not great. Otherwise one of the best resorts Many things to do.
No where near the value for the money. Good vibes but it overpriced. 900 per night plus resort fee without food or amenities is just crazy. Its not luxurious to that level. Rooms were spacious with a tub, cove slippers and coffee. That was it. No inroom bar or anything. Just 2 Dasani water every night. Waterpark ticket was included in the cove stay. But that like $70 and you can buy it even if you stay anywhere else.
We were staying at The Cove. We had our privacy light turned ON! A maid entered our room during a very intimate situation. She walked in, stood at the end of the bed and informed us that she was looking for her cellphone. We screamed at her twice to get the hell out of our room. She literally ignored us and started going through our room searching for her cellphone. I started screaming at her to GET OUT, she started opening our drawers. We couldn’t believe what was occurring m. I immediately grabbed the phone, called housekeeping and asked for the manager. I never got an apology… zilch!!! Beware,, they don’t care about you or your privacy; and clearly the maids go through your possessions!!
Too pricey but the rooms are old
“Beautiful but pricey restaurants”
This is a great vacation place. The grounds and pools are spectacular. The restaurants and drinks are very expensive. Be prepared for that!
