Location
Everyting is old in the room
The front desk showed me several room options when I arrived and I chose what best met my needs. Very professional and friendly. Lots of places to eat. It wasn't far from the subway.
nothing
Very quiet at night. Very reasonable price for a great breakfast.
There is no fan in the bathroom.
As described, and fully met my expectations. Great staff - friendly, helpful, easy check-in. Rooms are not very big but are completely acceptable. Bathroom a bit cramped, but again, completely acceptable. Everything was tidy, clean, and ready to go. Shampoo and soap provided. Towels were nice and soft. Shower had great water pressure & hot water. Beds were comfortable and pillows were too. The only thing I was a bit surprised by was that no rooms have windows. The "window" may have been facing something unattractive or a very bright flourescent light to imitate daylight, so they put a very large semi-translucent decal over the glass -- mine was NYC theme , which I found odd. It let a lot of light in, and there is an option to draw the blinds, which were effective and I was able to take a nap in the middle of the day. Good value for this hotel and in a perfect location in Laureles, close to the avenida, and other attractions, like Green Bike Tour company office.
nothing :)
“You get what you pay for, so bring what you need~!”
The location is great and last trip I had an excellent room and stay. Cleaned my room the next day, Did not bother my items. Took out trash and tidied up a bit. Breakfast was ok. Had hangers in room, but no fridge. Nothing extra. No ice machine. Nothing. Had TV. Had bare essentials.
I was first given my room that had no AC after I paid for AC, I was easily moved. The room 210 was the room I was then assigned to. The bed only had a fitted sheet. No top sheet. The only blankets were these small fleece blankets that were too small. There is a big gap under the door so light comes in if you don't cover it. The bathroom was so small I could barely access it. There were minimal toiletries and only 1 towel, No towel for your hair, no towel to lay on the floor, and no wash cloth. Glad I brought my own. The bed was hard and the room next to me had 7 people in it. There were 3 beds piled into that room and the people were so loud, you couldn't rest at all. I had earplugs in. The overall cleanliness of the room was about a 3 out of a 10. I wore shoes the entire time I was in there. There was a tv, no English channels. It was not the same level of cleanliness or experience I had, had before.
