My room was very clean. The pillows were thick and had a necessary plastic cover over the pillow, then a clean and ironed pillowcase.
2 plugs in the bathroom were dead outlets. One outlet in the bedroom was a dead outlet leaving 2 outlets that worked and located next to the bed.
