There’s room for improvement. Felt itchy after sleeping on the bed, the mattress is also pretty worn out and felt a little uncomfortable to sleep on, as compared to other hotels. Walls are not soundproof so we can regularly hear people talking in the hallway. Air conditioning was also pretty loud with the fan on. Price to value is of course the best part. The reception is open 24hours, which is great, but we just didn’t have the energy to address the issues after a long day outside. There’s cheese and wine night for guests, and that’s an awesome perk. Staff were nice and helpful.
I have paid more for a bigger room with window, however, I ended up with a room with a slit that they call window and a double bed that I can barely get to. The room is close to a coffin flat - you can only get to the bed through a tiny gap of 50-60 cm. There is barely any space for a carry-on suitcase, just a few hooks to hang clothes. No slippers provided even when I asked the concierge. Terrible terrible assistance and arrangements from the staff on night shift as they don't seem to know anything; which caused me a lot of distress esp when I checked in late and was very tired from a long trip to London. Having said that, the staff on day shift are, on the contrary, amazing and helpful. I was lucky to also be assisted by Agoda customer services, and was given a bigger room with a size as listed (mind you, they claimed that that is their biggest room), so I reckon the listed size is the max not average. I will not recommend this hotel at all
Location wise this is still far The staff here are NOT accomodating at all. The hotel room is so small No microwave No kettle Nothing. The worse z hotel ive been
Staffs were lovely and the room was cozy. They upgraded my room to be a bit bigger room without any extra charge. You can hear the underground if your room is on the lower ground floor, but it didn’t bother me too much as I was knackered. I would love to visit here again :)
“Very good experience”
I made a slight error on my booking and the staff were very accommodating in resolving. Some evening's they do a complimentary wine and cheese session which was enjoyable. Would definitely stay again here.
