The Mosquitoes in the room always ate me alive ..
The premises were clean Loved the pool and the location Staff was friendly and courteous
Electricity kept going out Bed wasn't comfortable Room could have been cleaner(walls need to be cleaned)
The staff was very nice and when the power kept going out in my room they immediately moved me to a new room.
The windows did not close all the way. There were mosquitos in the room but at least the beds had mosquito nets. Towels were old and dingy. The rooms in general are somewhat run down.
The price of the breakfast are different in the room menu and in the breakfast terrace. Expensive and no good.
There only on taxi driver and the receptionist just let you talk with the only one with the price. And you have to pay much high than normal . The staff’s English is poor, the English speaking guests are not welcomed.
“Acceptable”
The view and location of the hotel was a plus. The rustic feel of the wooden walls etc.
The shower had electrical fault that cause little shocks while using the hot water. The bathroom fittings need upgrade, serious difficulty flushing the WC. A part of the bedsheet was torn and was left there for the 3 days stay. There was no buffet for breakfast and the meals were quite pricy. If you don't like cats, stay away from the poolside restaurant - there are many of them there. There were no cutleries in the room and no water which is usually the tiniest complimentary drink.
