Great
Though the view from hotel was awesome and would be a great stay during season, but in off season especially during monsoon it's a big big no. I will point out the things 1. Absolutely rubbish entrance which immediately brings sadness to your beautiful trip. Smelly garbage right on the back entrance and it makes you feel as if you are entering into some shady lodge. 2. Too too far away from main city and completely secluded area, if you are travelling with kid and late night you will feel unsafe. 3. No facilities as such in this hotel, if you are in off season you have nothing to do, pool is very small with no tubes and other fun things. Do hotel thing we should carry such things when paying this much hefty price for rooms. 4. You are right on beach but during monsoon beach is very dirty and you can't go to enjoy that too. Also there are hardly any people in this hotel so it seems as if you are the only fool which booked this hotel with paying so much price. 5. Rooms are woody and smelly and also very old construction with no proper cleaning. Being on beach it not easy also but we stayed in South goa in beach resort as well and comparing to it this one was absolutely disgusting. 6. Paying *** for this hotel in off season is complete no and stay away from it, I think it's more of Agoda fault than the hotel itself. Agoda should first check and review the conditions and then enroll such hotel in their lift during off season.
The overall experience is quite good. As we were directly next to a shack playing loud music, the staff has allocated a separate room for night sleep. The approach route could be made little better. Apart from this, it is ideal for folks preferring a peaceful time at Goa.
The location is good. for who come by car have to park their car far away from the hotel and the hotel provides their car to reach the hotel. beach side rooms are rodomontade
“SCAM Property. Rude Staff. Filthy Rooms. Broken Roads. AVOID at all costs.”
This place should NOT be listed on Agoda or anywhere. Worst experience of my life. I landed in Goa at 2 AM on August 2nd and realized I had mistakenly booked Sinq Beach Morjim for 2nd–3rd August instead of the 1st. I had booked a Tropical Suite via Agoda, and politely asked if I could swap the dates since I already had a different hotel booked from the 2nd onward. The receptionist was rude beyond belief, completely dismissive, and made me talk to someone named Rohan — who was even worse. Instead of understanding or helping, *** smugly said “your booking is non-refundable, stay or don’t — we’ll still charge you.” Then he demanded *** in cash for a tiny, stinking room with broken amenities — double the actual price. I was tired, with my wife, and had no energy to argue further. So I paid. But it gets worse. 🚫 Broken Approach Road: When we reached, our cab refused to go inside because the road was completely broken and dangerous. We had to carry all our luggage ourselves through the potholes and rubble. Despite multiple calls, no one from the hotel came to help. That alone shows you the level of “hospitality” they offer — zero. 🏚 The Room (if you can call it that): Smelly, unclean bathroom No hot water Dead landline (you can't even call reception) Zero mobile signal (Airtel & Jio both failed inside) 🛁 The So-called “Suite”: The next day they moved us to the "Tropical Suite" I had originally booked. Guess what? A bathtub on the balcony facing the main passage of the hotel. Zero privacy — people could literally walk by and watch us bathe. We had to hang curtains ourselves and bathe with clothes on. Again, no hot water. And the drainage? Completely clogged. 🍽 The Free Breakfast: Returned for breakfast the next morning (only because it was included). Total disaster. Stale veggies, smelly food, and the worst omelette ever made. Even the chef didn’t know how to break an egg properly. 💸 Scam Pricing + Zero Service: They overcharge, underserve, and treat guests like a burden. Rohan and his staff should never be in the hospitality business. The whole place feels like a scam operation that preys on tourists. Rude and arrogant staff No help with luggage despite bad roads Rooms are dirty and broken No privacy, no hot water, no basic service Terrible food Overpriced and underwhelming Avoid this place like the plague. Do not trust Sinq Beach Morjim. Do not waste your money. Book literally anywhere else.
