good hotel
The staff was so kind to help us when ever we wanted. They maintained everything well. Definitely a 10/10!
We booked this hotel through Agoda and clearly mentioned that we were traveling with a child. However, upon arrival, we were unexpectedly charged extra for the kid, even though this was not shown during booking. This was very disappointing and felt unfair. On top of that, the stay was not worth the extra amount we had to pay. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we wouldn’t recommend it to families who expect transparent pricing. The room we went was very small, dusty and the water supply per day was only 2 bottles of 500 ml. If we are three adults and the hotel is charging according to that even after that for our kid they took extra without even giving water bottle. There were only few options for breakfast as well.
But they don’t give u all the utility in the washroom till u don’t asked them & no moisturizer provided in the hotel other than that everything is good
