Value for money property is very nice
While the room was spacious, none of the attributes were worthy of 5 star - staff wasn't trained and couldn't help on anything, wifi wasn't working, room views were just ok & not at all great, breakfast was a standard menu with average taste. Ala carte menu had few dishes that were good. Very disappointing considering they positioned it as a premium property.
Misleading details about hotel on booking platform.
We stayed at park regis for 3 nights and our stay and overall experience was satisfying. Staff service and food is good.

I liked the hotel and all services. The Hotel Pool is the right in the middle of the hotel and placed togther with Pool services and big restaurant. My family loved the place . Only issue i have find is the Room services are slow then expected . Best of luck.
