The best was the whole staff. The worst was the cleaness. The hotel is 5 star. They just need to pay more attention to the guests
My first time staying at this hotel and hopefully not my last. I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again. The staff are wonderful and a special mention to Patrick who’s been there from the hotel opened. Rooms are stunning and beds are so comfortable I couldn’t fault it at all. If you planning a stay in Dublin and can afford it then book the Merrion you won’t regret it.
