I know that a deposit is required as stated in the voucher, but out of all the hotels i have stayed in Dubai, only this hotel stills asks for deposit. A luxury 5 star resort in Palm doesn't even ask for a deposit. I went to the jacuzzi area around 10am, no attendant was there, the water wasn't even warm.

Checked in with no hassle. The staffs were very accommodating especially Ibtihel, who assisted us from che king in and out. All of our request were granted, making sure that we had a great stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The smell was sweet as a garden. Kuddos to the staffs. Gonna come back soon.
