We liked almost everything there! - The location is great, right next to the funicular. - The staff is amicable! - The room is well-organized. - Christmas decorations are on the top level. - There was a welcome gift with cava and fruits. Appreciate it. And during the checkout we got a travel bag. So thoughtful! Thank you hotel team.
Just minor things to share for the further improvements: - The floor was not clean. Our socks got dirty immediately. Thanks there were the slippers. - The breakfast could be extended with more variety. - There wasn't enough artificial light in the room.
Good restaurant, great that they allowed pets, staff very friendly and accomodating. Great view of the mountains and balcony was a plus.
Spa area should be included for the price of the stay. Parking should be included in the cost of the stay as well.
Loved it all. Ski to door - you just put all your ski gear on and walk 250m to the Canillo Telecabina thru the backdoor. Ski storage in the hotel with heaters for the boots!! Cava and fruit plate as welcome. Very good breakfast with lots of options (try a carrot cake - yammy!). Spa center with an option to book a massage (and it was a good massage!). They also have a bar that works all day with coffee, drinks and snacks. Good rooms, stable wi-fi, comfy beds. They give 5% discount on ski equipment rental. Public parking is next door. Very convenient and nice hotel!

It was on the pricy side
“Very good”
The pool is small but has many massage nozzles. It’s okay for children. Finnish and Turkish saunas help recover your body after skiing or biking. The room, actually the entire hotel equipment, is old-fashioned but clean and comfortable. Hearing the splashing of others' toilets could scare someone, but if you live in an old house, you should be used to it.
Breakfast and dinner are excellent. There is a wide choice, and everyone's preferences will be satisfied. However, when the hotel is full, they have problems preparing all the tables for all the guests, but it shouldn’t be difficult for experienced travelers to steal a missing fork from a side table. It would be better to start dinner earlier than 7.30 pm, but you could calm your hunger in the bar before entering the dining room. But be quick because it’s usually full of hungry diners. I recommend coming there around 6 pm, and you will be lucky to get the drink before dinner. Long story short, the barman still constantly leaves the bar and doesn't care that thirsty guests wait for at least one drink before late dinner. Sometimes, you win the lottery, and you get the drink. Do you want more? Go to the bar because you shouldn’t expect the still-missing bartender to come to your table.
