No pets allowed. Not very clean. Charge for everything stain on sheet. Not very kind. Dead rat in walk way in back. No breakfast and no coffee makers

“Pay a little more for elsewhere ”

First off, I was charged an additional $22.50 plus tax, for checking in 1 1/2 hrs early, even though the room was ready. This was no where in any of the hotel information. I requested an early check in but never received an answer. Second, my toilet never flushed completely. I guess they expected me to use the plunger so conveniently placed next to the toilet. And lastly, there was no tub, just a shower. This too should've been included in the room description. Best thing about this place was it's location. Plenty of stores and restaurants within a block of it's location. The room had the absolute barest minimum fixtures. A fridge with a freezer would've been nice. Next time, I'll pay a little more and get a whole lot more. Should have gotten more for what I paid. Also, never read anything about the $50 refundable deposit required upon check-in.

“Bare bones roach motel”

First we get to the room and realize it was a double bed unit despite the king size bed reservation. Later we walked in our king size bed unit and first noticed the smell, which smelled like it was for smokers despite the non-smoking sign on the door. Then 10 seconds later we noticed the roaches. The shower wall was broken with a giant split half the length of the tub. It had a decent tv and but we didn't use it. It was pretty bare bones aside from the handy extension cord with usb ports. No real breakfast but they offer pre-packaged pastries. Maybe this is all you can expect for $70?
