Great hotel and location, with some lovely bars and food places around. Friendly staff, good vibe and upmarket feel. I had an Exec Business room which looked like a new modern part of the hotel, and the room had some great added lighting features and modern controls. However, my room got missed being cleaned 2 days in a row, you have to pay extra for the sauna in the spa (which isn’t really worth visiting without it) and they took £450 as room deposit which was not mentioned at booking, nor was the city tax explained either. A nice £100 additional cost added to my bill.
Hi, I would highly recommend this hotel for the location, and that it's an oasis in a busy area. The staff were so friendly. Great sized, very clean and nicely decorated rooms. Very high standard all around.
The location is perfect 10, I had got great stay there. I would say better than other 5 star hotel in town. Recommended

“Birthday getaway”
Great location next to the square with kaiser Wilhelm memorial church , opposite bikini Berlin and zoo , lots of bars , restaurants and shops near by , hotel facilities great and nice spa too. Breakfast fantastic with so much you will be spoilt for choice. Transport is great between the buses and trains being on your doorstep great for getting out and about . Highly recommended hotel and will be coming back for another visit.
